Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all events organized under the title “Living in the Heart” by Santosh Benno Sinkwitz (“Organizer”), both online (e.g., Zoom) and in-person.

 

Booking & Payment

Bookings become binding upon successful online payment (Wix/Stripe or other stated method). Prices are shown in EUR. According to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

 

Right of Withdrawal

As events occur at a fixed date/time and access is provided for a specific session, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

 

Event-Specific Policies (Prevail)

Cancellation, rebooking/transfer rules, attendance requirements, venue rules and any special conditions are defined in the respective event description and prevail over this general T&C where they differ.

 

Technical Requirements (for online events)

Online events run via Zoom. Participants are responsible for: a stable internet connection; a functioning device; the latest Zoom version; working camera/microphone if interactive participation is desired. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for technical issues on the participant’s side.

 

Confidentiality

Participants commit to confidentiality. Personal experiences, names and stories shared during the event must remain within the group and may not be disclosed outside.

 

Recording & IP

Events may be recorded by the Organizer and shared with participants afterwards. Private recordings, copying or distribution of event content (video/audio/materials) are not permitted without prior written consent.

 

Disclaimer

Events are for personal growth, spiritual practice and education; they do not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment or professional advice. Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility. Liability is excluded except for intent or gross negligence.

 

Governing Law

German law applies.
